  • Do you accept PayPal?

    We do not accept PayPal as a form of payment.

    However, if you would like to use PayPal to purchase from Lee Naturals we recommend signing up for a PayPal debit card. The PayPal debit card uses the funds from your account and can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted. Signup is fast and easy, click here to get started.

    We accept credit or debit card payments from the following carriers:

    • Amazon Checkout
  • Do you have a minimum order size?

    No.

    There is no minimum required to place an order. You can order as much product or as little product as you would like. It is useful to keep in mind that the cost-per-pound for freight gets substantially cheaper the more you ship. 

    Once you enter your zip code, you can try add and remove items from your cart and check the shipping total. This can help you decide what order size is the most economical to your area.

    And remember, with Lee Naturals, the price we quote in the cart is the price you pay, period!

  • Can I pick up an order?

    At this time, we do not offer in-person order pick-up. We do not have a retail store front and our warehouses do not allow for individual order pick-up.

     

  • Do you have a catalog or order forms?

    We do not have a paper catalog available. Our product line changes fairly often, so viewing and ordering on the web is the most up to date method.

    You may want to sign up for our newsletter to get e-mails about our newest products and great promotions.

  • How do I get wholesale pricing?

  • What are your shipping prices?

    Shipping prices are dependent on what products you are ordering and how far we need to ship them.

    To calculate shipping:

    Click the 'order' button next to any product to add it to your shopping cart. When you have your order together enter your zip code into the zip code box on the shopping cart page and click 'continue order'. Our website will then show you exactly how much your shipping cost will be. 

    Once you've completed this step you can either select a shipping rate and check out, or add/remove products from the cart to see how that effects the shipping cost. At Lee Naturals

  • When do you expect to have this item back in stock?

    If an item goes out of stock, we will update the product page (usually within 24 hours) as soon as we can verify the date we will have it available again. Please know that we do not have any additional information internally and we will share any information with you as soon as it becomes available to us. 

    If the item you are looking for is due to be restocked today and it isn't showing yet, please check back after 1pm PT. On certain occasions the product is delayed arriving to our warehouse. Also, please keep in mind that products are all hand made

  • Does Lee Naturals have a store where I can browse items?

    We do not have a physical store location. All of our products are featured online and include product descriptions.

  • What shopping cart does Lee Naturals use?

    Lee Naturals uses Shopify as its shopping cart provider. Shopify provides a reliable, secure shopping cart solution for your order transactions. The shopping cart software allows us to accept credit cards and Amazon Payments.

    Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Shopify is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure.

  • Can I have my order shipped by USPS?

    Once you place your order with us, we send the order to our warehouse and the automated system will select the most effective way to ship your order. If you are using only a PO BOX, then it will ship USPS for sure.
  • How long will my shipment take?

    Your order is processed the same day you place it. Them it is sent over to one of our warehouses to be sent out. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, you may receive your order in more then 1 shipment. You should have your entire order in 3-5 business days.

  • Do You Ship to Canada?

    YES. Shop our site like normal, and you will find the shipping fees at check out. Please note: We offer FREE Shipping to Canada on all orders of USD $100 or more!

  • Where is my package?

    You can view the status of your order anytime, including tracking numbers, by signing into your Account Page.  Simply click the order number you wish to view, and all of the available information will be displayed, including clickable tracking numbers through UPS or USPS.

  • Can I change my order?

    To make a change to your order, make sure you are logged in to your account, then click My Account in the top right corner. If your order has not been processed you will see an edit order button beside the most recent order. Click the edit order button, this will cancel the order, void your payment and place all the products back into the shopping cart where you can either make changes to the order and proceed to check out again or empty the cart. If your order has been processed the edit order will not be available or you may receive

  • What is Lee Natural's Return Policy?

    Lee Naturals stands behind the products we sell. If you're in any way unsatisfied with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. If you still need to return anything, we offer hassle-free returns with a thirty (30) day guarantee for most of our products.

  • I placed an order but I did not receive a confirmation e-mail?

    We send an order confirmation e-mail out as soon as your order is placed. If you don't receive a confirmation email you may need to change your personal email preferences to allow Lee Naturals emails.

    If your email provider is listed below please follow the link for instructions.

    If your provider isn't listed please contact them and ask how to 'whitelist' the service@leenaturals.com email addresses. You can also try adding those email addresses to your contact list or address book.
